When creating an account, you agree to:

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Free Plan: Our free plan provides basic features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time.

Pro Plan: Our paid subscription unlocks premium features including AI-powered tools and advanced analytics. By subscribing, you agree to:

• •Pay the subscription fee at the frequency selected (monthly or annual)
• •Automatic renewal until you cancel
• •Price changes with 30 days notice

Refund Policy: All subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You retain all rights to the training data, notes, and other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• •Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
• •Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements
• •Display your public profile information if you choose to make it public

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload or share content that:

• •Violates any law or regulation
• •Infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
• •Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• •Contains viruses, malware, or malicious code

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• •Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• •Share your account credentials with others
• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• •Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Physical Activity Warning: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts training involve physical activity and risk of injury. Consult with medical professionals before beginning any training program. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during training.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, JiuJitsu Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JiuJitsu Planner.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
